Hulk

Bruce Banner is a character with a great deal of childhood trauma at the hands of his abusive father. After much torment and abuse, his father killed his mother, then proceeding to make Bruce cover the crime up. This traumatic childhood led to Bruce developing a form of Dissociative Identity Disorder. Long into the future, Bruce becomes a nuclear physicist, who developed a gamma bomb for the US. During a failed test, Bruce got exposed to the radiation which morphed him into the Hulk. Bruce’s story often contains theme of internal struggle, repressed emotions, and rejection from society.
